每天都有兩次4:30，這是一個上不上下不下的時間

清晨4:30

可能大部分的人仍在被窩裡睡著，新陳代謝持續進行著（也許口水也持續流著）

大夜班的可能剛好工作到一半，看著陽光逐漸由遠方透亮，知道離下班不遠了

道路清潔人員也許正要為著市容開展日復一日的打掃做準備

下午4:30呢，你正在做什麼呢？

仍在努力工作，趕在準時下班前將手邊事情告一段落?

或是正努力擺脫加班陰影?

還是只要抬頭看牆上時鐘的4:30，就知道今天又是至少得加班到7:30、8:30?

這個沒有太多意義的時刻，在傾盆大雨的午後，我再次遇見了這時間，凝視許久，這是我的4:30

雲端這詞最近一年來很夯，夯到似乎雲端隨手可得，人似乎都可以漫步在雲端。

雲在哪裡，雲長的什麼樣子，也許使用者不想了解，也無從了解，使用者希望的通常都是像水龍頭一樣，一開就來，不用管水從哪裡來經過了多少管路，用就對了，便利、直覺就是大多數人想要的。

也許我所認知的雲，可能比較複雜一點，好奇如我，更想撥開雲，瞧瞧雲後的世界，但我也知道這不容易，不如自己先摘一朵小雲給自己比較實際一些吧，就從 Synology Diskstation 出發，建立自己的…私有雲，開始自己的雲端生活囉～

管它正著端、倒著端，無論哪種端法最重要的就是那朵雲的核心 — 平台，Synology 有自己專有的平台 — DSM，介面設計在視覺上是令人有很不錯的第一印象，Synology 也搭配了一些自行開發的套件，讓整個平台的功能性及活用性豐富了起來，彷彿雲端之上還有著道道的彩虹妝點著，在情境上令人使用起來更加地愉悅。

在套件操作上，可算簡潔、明瞭，當然要完全發揮 DSM 功能帶來的應用可能還是要有點經驗或是努力思考各個套件對於自己的幫助及用途吧，基本上從資料備份、網站部落格、雲端檔案同步、家庭娛樂中心，都是 DSM 可以發揮與著力的地方，也許 iCloud 已經很方便，也許 Dropbox 也很普及，不過，如果總有那一點不管大雲、小雲如能有自己的雲那份感覺，那 Synology 系列的 NAS ，應是個人不錯的選擇，只要把銀兩備好，透過網路就可以開始玩轉自己專屬的雲端！
